The hotel was fabulous, with everything being brand-new. The staff was awesome and provided helpful information. The room was good, with a nice private bathroom.

The service here is top-notch! The staff is super friendly, and the room on the first floor is pretty spacious. The location is just perfect, only 2 miles away from the University of Texas 🏫.

one of the beds was broken, we requested a handicap accessible room and were given a room upstairs with no elevator. I had a broken ankle and had to crawl up and down the stairs.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again next time. The hotel was beautifully maintained and fabulous, offering great value and meeting our needs perfectly. The large and quiet rooms on the first level were so cozy and made us feel right at home. The staff were all very friendly throughout the day. The hotel's location was excellent, with a short walk to popular shopping centers and various restaurants, including Taco Palenque Utsa nearby. We also enjoyed the hotel's bar.

The staff was not very helpful..they could not understand english. Theywere rushing you to get dress to clean the room because they had other things to do. I also seen roaches in the the two rooms I reserved. So I will not be back.

The hotel is clean and brand-new, I would love to come back sometime. The rooms are reasonably large and located on the first level. The price at $81 is just right. The location is excellent, close to everything I wanted to get to. Within 1 mile, you'll find The Well where you can grab a drink.

Good and beautiful room on the first level, everything was brand-new. Its location was marvellous, very close to the theme park, and in a great area. It was good to be 1 mile away from Five Guys, serving short-orders.

Convenient location for visiting my daughter, with affordable rates. Clean and comfortable suite room. Easy access from the highway, close to restaurants, and a smooth ride to the university. Felt safe and relaxing.
